DAYS DELIVERY

TRACKED
Every order ships from United States with tracking.
Orders are dispatched from United States and typically arrive within 8–10 days worldwide after they
ship. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its
way.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination — you will always see the exact amount before you pay.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Orders shipped to Norway, Mexico, South Korea, Chile, Japan and Israel may be subject to
customs clearance. The recipient is responsible for clearing the parcel through customs, for
providing any required tax ID or import information, and for paying all import duties, taxes
and clearance fees. These charges are set by the destination country, are not included in the
order total and are not refundable by us.
Carriers contact the recipient directly when documents or payment are needed. Parcels that are
not cleared within the carrier’s deadline are returned or disposed of under the carrier’s terms, and
we cannot be held responsible for the outcome.
For all other destinations our standard shipping terms apply.
Customs checks can add a few days to delivery. This is outside our control, but we are happy to help you follow up with the carrier.
