Which size should I order?

Refer to our size chart before selecting an item for purchase as exchanges are not allowed.

Is it possible to track my order?

The tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email sent to all customers when their order ships. You can track your package by visiting the website of the company, entering your tracking number, and clicking the “track” button.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We require 1 – 3 business days to process and verify your order, and 5 – 10 business days for shipping. If your order hasn’t arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track it for you. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Which shipping company do you use? 

All orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL Express(Direct Signature Required).

How Can I Pay? Can I use PayPal?

We do not accept payments by check, We can accept Payment Via international Payment Processors like Paypal, Stripe, and Square.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. 

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?

We currently only accept orders from residents in the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. Please view our terms for specific details.

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?

We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Our inventory changes daily, so please check back for store updates and news announcements on product releases.

Do you sell wholesale?

We are currently not accepting inquiries regarding wholesales.
