ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS: You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is returned with original packaging and accessories (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

REFUNDS: Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
